Healthy and yumi RECIPIES in microwave

THREE LAYER MEXICAN DIP
     
     INGREDIENTS:
     1. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
     2. 1/4 tsp ground cumin
     3. 1/4 cup pitted black olives; chopped
     4. 1/2 cup lettuce; shredde
     5. 1.5 cup sour cream
     6. 1/4 tsp salt
     7. 1.5 cup guacamole
     8. 1/4 tsp chilli powder
     9. 1/4 tsp black pepper
   10. 2 green onions; chopped 
   11. 1 cup refried beans
   12. 1/2 cup tomatoes; diced
   13. 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese; grated

   METHOD: 
   01. Heat the refried beans in the microwave until soft & spread them over the bottom of a 10- inch round glass baking dish, a round cake pan works as well.
   02. Cover the beans with guacamole.
   03. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream,  garlic powder, chilli powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
   04. Mix well and spread on top of guacamole.
   05. Sprinkle the top with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, olives and green onions. Serve chilled with taco chips or on tortillas.
